Ryan has been flying for almost 20 years.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and Commercial Aviation from University of North Dakota and has over 9,000 hours of flying; 3,000 of which are multi-engine turbine aircraft.  

He has a Commercial Aviation Pilot Certificate backed with a Certified Instrument Instructor Certficate and in 2002, he obtained his Multi-Engine Instrument Instructor with an Airline Transportation Certificate.  He has since earned a Cessna Citation II type certificate and also a Lear 60 Jet Type rating.
